What we collect
This site sets no cookies, asks for no consent and has no forms, accounts or newsletter. We only measure the audience, anonymously, through:
- Matomo, installed on our own server (stats.brutaism.art), without cookies. The IP address is anonymised (the last two bytes are removed) before it is stored.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics, without cookies and without visitor identifiers.
- The web server's standard access logs (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type), kept by the hosting provider.
Purpose
The number of visitors is an indicator of the BrutAIsm project, reported to the funder, the Administration of the National Cultural Fund. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in measuring the audience of a publicly funded cultural project. There is no other processing.
Retention
Raw visit data in Matomo is deleted after 6 months. Aggregated statistics are kept for the duration of the project and its reporting obligations. Server logs are deleted according to the hosting provider's rotation.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure and objection. Write to contact@brutaism.art. You may lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP.
